We accept several trusted sources of payment, including Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Savings Account (FSA), credit and debit cards.

We accept most insurances, including the following:
Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna (NOT Cigna Connect), Clear Spring Health, Devoted Health, First Health (Formerly Coventry), Multi-Plan / PHCS, United Healthcare.

Online booking deposit
In order to secure your place on the schedule, ViveWell Health holds a $25.00 deposit* that’s applied to the cost of your appointment/procedure. While we understand plans change, please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance in order to retain your deposit — cancellations within 24 hours or “no show” appointments will forfeit the deposit.
*Does not apply to Nutrient Injections (B12, Calm, Glutathione, MIC B-Complex, NAD+).
ViveWell Memberships
When scheduling a follow-up visit included with a ViveWell Membership, we’ll reimburse your deposit at checkout.
