What to expect when you book with ViveWell Health
Our patients enjoy the benefits of a direct-pay model — with full financial transparency, to deliver the best care possible by:

- keeping costs reasonable with a focus on patient-centered care
We accept several trusted sources of payment, including Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Savings Account (FSA), credit and debit cards.
Want to use insurance?
ViveWell Health is contracted with the following health insurance companies:
Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna (NOT Cigna Connect), Clear Spring Health, Devoted Health, First Health (Formerly Coventry), Multi-Plan / PHCS, United Healthcare. You can contact your insurance and ask how to submit a Patient Self-Submission Claim Form.
Online booking deposit
In order to secure your place on the schedule, ViveWell Health holds a $25.00 deposit* that’s applied to the cost of your appointment/procedure. While we understand plans change, please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance in order to retain your deposit — cancellations within 24 hours or “no show” appointments will forfeit the deposit.
*Does not apply to Nutrient Injections (B12, Calm, Glutathione, MIC B-Complex, NAD+).

When scheduling a follow-up visit included with a ViveWell Membership, we’ll reimburse your deposit at checkout.
