We accept several trusted sources of payment, including Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Savings Account (FSA), credit and debit cards.
Although ViveWell Health is not contracted with any health insurance companies, all patients are emailed an itemized superbill receipt, with detailed diagnosis and procedure codes, to self-submit for any applicable reimbursement.
Depending on your insurance benefits/coverage, most policies offer some reimbursement for consultations with licensed medical providers (and other services), you may even elect to use your insurance to pay for labs.
If this sounds overwhelming, don’t worry. Our patient billing liaison can help you submit the “Superbill” to your insurance provider for reimbursement. If you choose this option, we will withhold 10% of the reimbursed amount to cover administrative costs.
In order to secure your place on the schedule, ViveWell Health holds a $25.00 deposit* that’s applied to the cost of your appointment/procedure. While we understand plans change, please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance in order to retain your deposit — cancellations within 24 hours or “no show” appointments will forfeit the deposit.
*Does not apply to Nutrient Injections (B12, Calm, Glutathione, MIC B-Complex, NAD+).
